Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromat is open 24/7!
Our machines are coin operated.
Yes, we have four 60-pound machines that can wash big, bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold
You can drop off your laundry any time between 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
We use only premium brand products when we launder your clothes. We use a lightly scented detergent and Downy Softener. If you prefer, you can upgrade to Tide or ECOS.
Wash and fold service is only $1.65/lb. If you would like same day turnaround, it is $1.85/lb.
There is a 20-pound minimum for our regular, next day service. There is a $40 minimum for our same day service.
Regular turnaround time is 24 hours, but you can get same day turnaround for an additional cost and your clothes must be dropped off by 11:00 AM.
No, we never mix your clothes with any other customer's. We know this leads to mix ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery service Monday - Friday, between 9AM - 6 PM.
Our laundry pickup and delivery service is only $1.65/lb.
There is a $40 minimum order for pickup and delivery.
It is simple to schedule a pickup. Just click on the schedule a pickup button and fill out the information.
There is 24 hour turnaround for our laundry service. Friday pickups are delivered on Monday.
You do not need to be home to use our service. Just let us know in the Driver's Notes where you will be leaving your laundry bags so our driver knows where to find them.
We are not responsible for stolen laundry.
When you place your order there is a section called Preferences where you can let us know if you like your laundry done a certain way. These instructions are saved and done every time we do your laundry.
There is no contract. You can cancel service at any time.
When you sign up for service we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be cinched closed.
If you are a recurring customer and plan to go on vacation, you can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
